Tanya Gray, owner of Recruit NZ, is launching a new business this month. ConsultingHQ is aimed at providing high level resources for local businesses to achieve their potential.
Tanya has been in business management specialising in human resources her entire career, and sees huge growth potential for businesses in the local area who put effort into strategic planning and building robust business processes.
“Business growth is achieved only by establishing clear goals and putting plans and measurements in place to achieve them,” says Tanya. “Most local businesses will benefit from some external assistance in achieving this. ConsultingHQ will become the external executive team working alongside the owner to keep the management team focussed and on track. We are thrilled to at last be at the point of launching ConsultingHQ to the area.”
The concept behind ConsultingHQ was born several years ago and with New Zealand GDP forecast to be flat through to 2020, Tanya says businesses who focus on sound planning and robust processes will be the high performers for the decade ahead.
Joining Tanya in the new endeavour is local business consultant Mike Kelly who has over 20 years business experience and specialises in the area of lean management – a process of optimising resource efficiency to improve performance and gross profit.
Julie Comber also joins the team as marketing consultant. Julie has over 20 years of senior marketing experience in a number of industries and has been running her own small businesses for the last nine years.
Mike will be focused on strategic planning, resource efficiency management and key core senior management competencies, while Julie will consult on any marketing strategy, advertising and web presence.
With a by-line of driving business strategy for transformation, you can expect big things.
