Held at the Mangawhai Activity Zone (MAZ), young riders are taught skills and safety, along with how to mend a puncture, service the bike and lots more.  Mondays 3:15 - 4pm for 5-7 year olds. 8+ starts at 4:15 to 5:15. $5 per rider per session.
Spin Class
Tuesday at 6:30pm -7:30pm.
Bring bike and trainer, drink bottle and towel. $10 for session or $15 to hire. Great for general fitness, learn basic skills, improve cadence and weight management over winter.
