Waipu to host big car and bike show

 

The biggest auto show north of Auckland – the annual Waipu Car & Bike Show – and like last year (pictured above) will host around 500 cars and 150 bikes at Waipu’s Caledonian Park on February 7.

This year’s fundraiser will see money go to the local activity park development at Waihoihoi Park. All money raised is donated to the community through Waipu Lions. There’s a heap of awards up for grabs including a best dressed award for both women and men this year. Dressing in theme is the only entry criteria.

A new category of Best Club Display means 22 trophies and 24 prize categories overall. Local DJ Jenni Carr will be MC again, playing music from the 60s and 70s. Food and merchandise will be available, including activities for the kids.
