​Otamatea High School welcomes new principal

 

Otamatea High School principal Rachel Clothier-Simmonds, pictured above, has had a busy start to her new role – visiting classes, meeting staff members and parents, and hearing about their vision for the school.

Ms Clothier-Simmonds says she is beginning to build a picture of the high expectations the community have for their children. She is also looking forward to being involved with sporting activities and creating supportive links between students and the community.

“If you see me around in the community please introduce yourself as I am keen to meet as many students and parents as possible,” says Rachel.
The Board of Trustees are united in their commitment to raising achievement for all learners at the school.
