Do you have an unresolved problem stemming from an accident or injury? ConTact C.A.R.E is a safe, simple and commonsense approach to real ease. It specialises in releasing pressure held in bone, created by surprise impacts such as falls, accidents, sports injuries or even simple mishaps such as stubbing your toe.

ConTact C.A.R.E is a fairly new profession that was started in New Zealand by Dale Speedy in Ngatea. It isolates the body’s reactive self-defence system and recognises this system has the power to freeze the whole body or any part, much the same as the hand brake in a vehicle.

ConTact C.A.R.E works to free these frozen body reactions. This is done by carefully re-enacting the original situation of pressure and positioning, then using the Flinchlock Release Formula, which exactly replicates the surprise shock which caused the frozen contraction to set, we facilitate a controlled unravelling to a normal functional position and pressure.

The treatment is non-intrusive, gentle and suitable for all ages, the techniques safe and very effective.

Consultations are carried out with the client fully clothed. We ask you to wear loose clothing for comfort. Sessions can last 30-60 minutes with a return visit required according to individual needs.

Jamie Matthews has come from a background of being a chiropractor, however he has completely changed his approach and now practices ConTact C.A.R.E in daily life and clinical practice.
